You may return your product within 14 calendar days of the date you received the item.
Return Terms

- Original packaging and supporting documentation (such as an invoice or proof of purchase) must be included.
- Custom-made or specially engraved products cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon receipt.
Return Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is damaged or not as ordered.
Procedure Returns

- We will provide the return process along with the return address.
- After we receive and send the goods, the refund process will be carried out within 30 working days.
